Hello,
I am looking for looking for korean recipe for Pa Rae - sea weed banchan. I tried to make it using dried Pa Rae but it came out all mushy... Any advice?

You need the packaged wet grassy seaweed (파래) sold in Korean markets (frozen or refrigerated).

Blanch it quickly (30 seconds to one minute) in boiling water, then season to taste with soy sauce, sugar and black pepper, or with pickled anchovy sauce, garlic, green onions and red chili pepper powder.
