Croissants in Watertown?

Can anyone recommend somewhere in the Watertown/W. Cambridge/Newton/Waltham area for decent croissants? Preferably decent quality, but don't have to be over-the-top perfect (or expensive) since I am using them in a recipe.

Thanks!

    1. Lily's bakery and french cafe on Arlington street in Watertown, delicious!

When Lily's opened - I went in asking for a baguette. They didn't have any.

Ummmm - but the sign says - French Bakery?

          I've not been back since.

Not sure if the Danish Pastry House has them, might be worth a call - but, I agree - skip up to Fawcett St and get 'em at Iggy's.

yeah, they seem to be more a sweets type place, I used to live right near there and could not get enough of the croissants. ITs been a few years now though.

            2. Iggy's.

                  second Iggy's

                  • Russo's usually has them, and they are pretty good (and relatively cheap).
