Could be the best...

Could be the best Carne Asada Burrito I have ever eaten. Last night I made another trip from the Valley to Hollywood to the El Matador Taco Truck that parks in the repair shop parking lot right off the 101E/Western exit. For weeks now, I have been sampling the various meats they offer but on tacos. They are in a word heavenly...maybe even perfect. Props to Bandini at dailytaco.org for the rec. Last night I decided that if one taco is good, a whole burrito of this tasty carne asada must be off the charts. I asked for my burrito with no beans or rice; just carne asada, cilantro, onions, a tiny bit of cheese and their awesome red sauce. The tortilla was so fresh and pliable, the carne asada tender and really well seasoned, just enough of that red sauce. I felt like the GOD of carne asada was blessing me right there in the parking lot. The word to describe this burrito is sublime. Please, if you have another, BETTER, rec, I am all ears. Burrito plus a bottled Coke set me back $8.25. I am telling you to eat this burrito before you fund your IRA. Until then you can read Bandini's review here:
