Just heard about it, who's tried the smoked then fried chicken?
A bit late on the reply, but I had it a month or so ago and it was delicious. I think I still prefer my fried chicken brined and non-smoked in general, but this was a great twist.

there is a blanket exception for fried things, thankfully.
I noticed that on the specials menu the last time I was there. Tuesdays only, IIRC. Now I just have to remember to go!

I've not been to Memphis Minnie's but I smoke all of my buffalo wings before frying them. Wouldn't do it any other way now that I've tried it.
