Asian groceries in Fort Worth?

We are new to the area, North Fort Worth, looking for a good Asian grocery store with decent produce. Any ideas? We are willing to drive...even if the good ones are in the Dallas area.

  1. There's a section of Haltom City (not too far from N. FW) replete with Vietnamese and Chinese businesses (incl. restaurants and groceries). Here's one that I like (next to the much-lauded First Chinese BBQ)

Thank you! That may be the only fair one in the area. Saigon Taipei checked out on the internet, but it ended up being closed. I agree with First Chinese BBQ. We've been going there every week. We're used to Chinese roasts from Hong Kong, and I cannot personally tell them apart.

Both of Saigon Taipei's Ft Worth and Arlington locations went belly up.
There is a new Asian market that went into the old original Saigon Taipei location in Arlington on the SW corner of HW 303 and Collins that is good.
The new (~year old) Hong Kong Market on HW 303 about a mile east of HW 360 in Grand Prairie is perhaps the best in Tarrent County.

    2. I used to go to an Asian market on MacArthur in Irving near where I used to work. Don't know if it's still there.

I had no idea there was a First Chinese in Haltom City!!
