Above average cook seeking best amateur LA cooking school

I have been a passionate cook for many years and am seeking to up my game by taking a series of cooking classes (as opposed to only the one-off classes at sur la table etc..) all recommendations would be most appreciated. Open to location, class size etc... seeking top instructor and a challenge!!!!

You should check out "Let's Get Cooking" in Westlake. They have classes for people who want to learn more challenging techniques, even is they don't plan on making cooking their career.
