Fissler Cook star portable induction hob.

Has anyone seen the new Fissler portable induction in Ontario..seems the typical runaround with the onliners in canada...i may just order from the states...i have a Fissler pressure pot that works great from day one and want to try the portable induction hob,it's like pulling teeth in canada!!

  1. You could try the Salton Induction unit sold at Costco. Best thing about it is you can return it if you aren't happy. I have the unit and am happy with it. Cost was less than $100.

      I had a very different experience with the Salton. It was a nice enough unit, but it didn't have enough power. I returned it,

        Yeah...they have it in their PDF.3 days and still no response to my email....they must be looking for it on page 16.

                My induction portable is stuck for a 3rd day at canada customs...i think their trying to figure out the penalty with duties for trying to save some energy..wink,wink.Yes it's true...they're all for everyone using more energy despite the claims.

                  Just received the Fissler induction,duty free.very pretty,good build quality..Works as advertised, induction is quite impressive, will be the way to go for my next full size cooktop.seems my All -Clads are more responsive then my Demeyeres..
                  boil on-boil off..NOW!.lol.
