Gotham Bar & Grill

How is the bar scene at Gotham these days? I want someplace where we can talk, in a busy hood where we'll have lots of dinner options.

I was at Gotham on a Friday two weeks before Christmas and the bar was so crowded that it was pretty unpleasant even to wait for a table there. Everyone around us was really nice, though, so once we got over the crowds, it was alright. It was mostly people in their thirties who were either in couples or groups waiting for tables. The cocktails were delicious!
