Smoked Ham Hocks?

Anyone know where I can get some of these?

        You can get them at any market in Los Angeles. Even the hispanic markets have them available. I can usually find these near the bacon section. Also, the Alpine Village Market in Torrance sells these, too.

        Are you going to make a pot of beans with them?

          Good ones at Huntington Meats at the Grove Farmers Market. So big that you should ask them to split them.

            Stater Bros have very ham hocks and shanks. I prefer the shank. More meat less fat, better flavor. Oh did I mention cheap?

              Dirt cheap at Food 4 Less or the Latino markets, better quality at Bristol Farms. If you're making a mess of beans, cheap is fine. I know where the best cheap ones are, but you'll need a plane ticket!
