ISO Best Espresso coffee house in Las Vegas

I visit Vegas about 3-4 times per year and am always looking for a good coffee house but I've never been able to find one that makes excellent espresso drinks (lattes, cappuccinos, etc). Can anyone familiar with the strip area and just off the strip recommend a place where I can find some well-prepared espresso drinks to break away from the ubiquitous (and terrible) Starbucks options found in almost every casino these days? Any insight would be greatly appreciated!!
I have the same question and was hoping that bumping up the question would bring some suggestions. Any good coffeehouse in LV on or off-strip.
No, there is not a good coffee shop in vegas. I'm heard of mixed reviews of the cigar shop at Caesars, but have not ventured in for a try. Sunrise Coffee on E Sunset is often recommended. I did not care for the espresso at all. It's a very bright blend, very acidic, no chocolate or toasty marshmallow undertones. They don't roast their own, but order from a place in CA every week or so, according to the owner. They do use bottomless PF, but it's all about the bean to me.
