recommended restaurants near Dallas Fairmont

I am planning a trip in Dallas and have hotel reservations at the Fairmont hotel in Dallas. Can anybody recommend any decent restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. Moderately priced and North American, BBQ , Asian or Italian restaurants are preferred. Also, has anyone eaten at the restaurant at the Fairmont? If so, is it any good? Any suggestions would be a great help.
