Japanese Italian restaurant in Toyko: Marathon food!

We'll be in Tokyo on the 25th Feb where my friend is running the marathon. According to tradition we have to have an italian meal the night before (pasta ect).

We're staying at the Park Hotel, 東京1-7-1,Higashi Shimbashi, Minato-Ku.

I'm looking for somewhere that does great Italian food, but low key and close-ish to the hotel. I'd love some suggestions for traditional italian or a Japanese interpretation. Budget not an issue.

there is argento aso, enoteca pinchiorri, bice tokyo , giglio.. argento aso is the only michelin place out of all these... i believe most of these restaurants might need a reservation in advance for dinner.
