What Restaurants Regularly Serve Fried Sawagani (Japanese river crab)?

I'm from the Bay Area, and planning one of our regular L.A. trips. The first time I had sawagani was at R-23, though I'm not sure if they still serve them there. Are there any other places where they frequently show up on the menu? TIA!

They're pretty good deep fried.
