Best Beancurd (豆腐花) on HK Island?

I quite like 廖同合荳品廠 ( in Mong Kok but I rarely go to Mong Kok nowadays since I live on the south side of HK Island. Kind of curious what you think is the best 豆腐花 place on HK Island.

I've heard some people say Tak Hing Lung/德興隆 ( is supposed to be pretty good in North Point. Has anyone also tried 利記士多 ( under the escalator on the corner of Lyndhurst Terrace & Cochrane St? How about that organic place in Central...Soytime/豆花開 ( Anyone tried that? Thanks!
