Reheating frozen (homemade) enchiladas

When I made my first batch of (rolled enchiladas), I froze some. Now, we're ready to reap those rewards. What is the best way to reheat I wonder? Straight from freezer to oven, which i know works well with my lasagna? Or defrost and put in the oven as usual? Or something else entirely? Thanks!!

  1. This what my friends do, and the frozen enchiladas are every bit as good as the fresh ones. They thaw them in the refrigerator overnight , add additional sauce, and reheat them in a 400 degree oven for a little less than half an hour--maybe 25 minutes.
