Fung Lum, Harbor Village are in the international terminal pre-security. The international terminal is a fairly short walk from both north and south terminals, so you can check bags and walk down for some dim sum.

Not as good as going to Millbrea, smaller kitchen, high prices, make sure you get what's fresh, but good in a pinch.

In general, search "millbrea dimsum" or "millbrea XLB" for recs.

      thanks guys!
we went to sunny shanghai. spectacular soup dumplings, really great rice cake, garlic sauce for broccoli was perfectly spiced with just the right kick, if a little greasy and on the sweet side. beef noodle soup was a little bit of a disappointment. really, i should have just ordered 2 soup dumplings. they were that good.
