japanese dressing - what is it
What is that Japanese dressing that is traditionally topping iceberg lettuce in the bento or as an app.
Sesame-ginger-soy? I used to buy it bottled, but I cant find it in my grocery store so i figured I could probably make it.
Have a recipe?
Japanese salad dressings are often simply a combination of soy sauce, sesame oil (or sometimes vegetable oil) white or rice wine vinegar and a bit of ginger. Some may also include chopped or grated onion and/or bits of finely grated apple.
