Charcuterie/Salumi classes Seattle

I am curious as to whether there are any charcuterie or salumi classes in Seattle? My search of these boards resulted in Culinary Communion, but they are now closed.

Are there any options out there in Seattle?

Sea Breeze farms is doing classes. It is focussed on salt cures and is observational. But my husband still thought it was an awesome valentine's day present!

I think Sea Breeze Farm, which sells at the farmers' markets, offers charcuterie classes.

I believe the culinary school at Seattle Central has their students making their own salumi. I would ask them as well.

I would ask at The Swinery, Culinary Communion's subsequent business. They sell a lot of charcuterie.
