Charcuterie/Salumi classes Seattle

I am curious as to whether there are any charcuterie or salumi classes in Seattle? My search of these boards resulted in Culinary Communion, but they are now closed.

Are there any options out there in Seattle?

  1. I would ask at The Swinery, Culinary Communion's subsequent business. They sell a lot of charcuterie.

Thanks for the heads up. I have tried to connect with them via email, but will also stop by the store to try to get a few leads. Thanks, again!!

    2. I believe the culinary school at Seattle Central has their students making their own salumi. I would ask them as well.

      1. I think Sea Breeze Farm, which sells at the farmers' markets, offers charcuterie classes.

        1. Sea Breeze farms is doing classes. It is focussed on salt cures and is observational. But my husband still thought it was an awesome valentine's day present!

Do you know how much the classes cost? No info on the website.

Here is the link. You may have to scroll to the bottom right to see the pricing. Basically, $90 for morning session and $150 for both morning and afternoon sessions.
