We were in Rome in December. I cannot stop raving about Casa Bleve. See my previous thread about it here http://chowhound.chow.com/topics/678601

The current issue of Gambero Rosso magazine (#60, U.S.) has an article on "a new generation of restaurants" in Rome.
Restaurants mentioned in the article include Primo al Pigneto, Settembrini, All'Oro, Glass Hostaria, Iolanda, Le Tre Zucche, Osteria La Gensola, Dan Fernanda and Alchemiila. They are in various neighborhoods around Rome. They all have websites.
