Best smokers for commercial use?
I'm opening a BBQ restaurant soon, and need to get my smoker. I've had, and love the Cookshack, but has anyone used a Master Range for commercial use?

hey hog wild you should get a cook shack. kind of pricy but find a good used one. go to the on line sight for cook shack there are many really good wood smokers on the market that are for indoor kitchens but are more labor intensive and for the pro smokers as you are i am sure.
