Whole duck?
Does anyone know where I can buy a whole duck in NOLA?

Have you had trouble locating duck? I wouldn't think it would be hard to find. I've got whole duck at Rouses in the past, and they have them at Hong Kong Market. I would also guess Whole Foods and Dorginac's, although I've never looked for one at either place. Basically, I'd say any supermarket is likely to carry duck.
