Chinese or Japanese traditional tea ceremony - GTA

I would like to take my brother and his wife who are big tea drinkers to a traditional Chinese or Japanese tea cremony in the GTA Area. I need suggestions. Are there tea houses that offer this, restaurants etc?

I am looking for an authentic experience.

Uhm, I think they offer this from time to time at the Japanese Canadian Cultural Center. I know they have done it in the past. Maybe give them a call and see what they have to say.
