ISO Insulated food carrier bag

Does anyone know of a place in the city to get a good insulated food carrier bag? Either an over-the-shoulder or rolling model would be great, something fairly roomy. We'll be using it to transport frozen food. Thanks.

Canadian Tire always have them. I just bought a combo pack (one big, one small, both over the shoulder) for $25.

How big are the ones from Canadian Tire?

And yeah, we were actually at Costco and had a look, the should bags are not in stock any longer (which surprised the guy helping us) and the large wheeled ones are seasonal and will not be in stock until February at the earliest.

We ended up over at Wal-Mart and they've got these: http://reviews.qvc.com/1689/K3389/rev... on sale for $15.00 (does not include the plastic tubs or cold pack, it's just the carrier). We ended up buying two of them. they're better suited than the 24-can coolers as we needed something with a wider bottom.

Costco usually has a large insulated shopping bag in a three bag kit for about $7 in the garbage bag aisle. This might be a handy addition to the more elaborate devices, as it folds down neatly, and has closing strips to seal up frozen food.

We checked on that yesterday, the three-bag kits they have now include no insulated bags, they're simply soft-sided vinyl bags.

I believe Whole Foods sells insulated food carrier bags as well; don't know how much they are or how effective...

Costco has both. The over the shoulder one is around $10.00 and works well.

What section in Costco? It's always pretty hard to find anything specific in there.

The shoulder ones are usually near the refrigerated/frozen food section. The ones with wheels are usually near the outdoor or seasonal section (ie near the barbecues and gardening area. You can also ask at customer service.

I hope you have not gone running off to costco yet. I went there at lunch and took a look. I did not see either product in the Richmond Hill store. These may be seasonal items...
