Odd poultry parts in the Triangle

Does anyone know where I can find turkey testicles and chicken hearts? And no, this isn't for some weird science experiment.

maybe grand asi ? otherwise, might want to try asking local farmers (cane creek/fickle creek) - they may not advertise them due to lack of popularity?

Piggly Wiggly can be really good for stuff like this, although they vary a lot from store to store.

Hearts are pretty easy to find. I've seen them at Compare Foods (has a new name that I can't remember) for sure.

I've not see turkey testicles. I believe their called fries when on menus. I cooked a locally raised turkey at You may want to try: http://www.rmfpasturepuremeats.com/ They're at the State Farmers Market. I bought a turkey from them at Christmas. It was fabulous.

You may have a hard time finding turkeys right now.
