Tips for Dining, Eating and Food Shopping in Ontario (including Toronto and Ottawa)
Start New ThreadAnyone have any unique or tasty suggestions for what to serve, or where to cater from? I am hosting a breakfast in an office downtown Toronto for about 25 professionals, and I would like to try and come up with something other than bagels and egg/tuna/cream cheese.
Would prefer if it did not require cutlery...or at least minimal use.

How about a selection of croissants from one of our many patisseries? (Clafouti, Pain Perdu, Rahier, La Cigogne, Jules, etc, etc)

A couple of years back we had a delivery of 'breakfast paninis' from Baroli.
Sorry, don't know which one supplied, but it was pretty good (although expensive).

Have always had a great experience with any event catered by Daniel & Daniel especially for work functions. I highly recommend them. They have 2 continental breakfast menus which should fit the bill of not needing cutlery (or not much of it):
