If you're willing to go as far north as Ray Rd or Chandler Blvd, Swaddee Thai is good; it's pretty informal too, but is at least an order-at-the-table place. I like Cafe Krishna too, although I've only been at dinner (I think the lunch is a buffet?), and it's all vegetarian.

Los Taquitos is good, although the atmosphere is decidedly relaxed-- there are tables, but the inside looks sort of like a fast food outlet. It wouldn't work for just anyone, but for some kinds of client it might be fun.

The food at Los Taquitos is very good but it's an order at the counter type of place. Other the other hand, it was on the Food Network.

I had not really thought about how few sit down and order at the table places there are in that area. All that I can think of just aren't very good.

Another order at the counter place is Forefathers on Priest which is not very far at all from the location you specified. They have very, very good cheesesteaks. It's a slick place that has it together.

I'd say Sushi Eye, Yupha's Thai, Crackers & Co, or Honey Bears BBQ, all around Elliot and the 10.

If the clients like Japanese food, Sushi Eye is one mile north on Elliott and has never let me down.
