Looking for good Burritos

Anyone know of a place in Montreal in the Mcgill, Concordia downtown or St. Henri areas? Preferably somewhere cheap and student friendly.

La Chilenita is good, cheap and filling.
64 Marie-Anne West (between Clark and St-Laurent Boulevard.) There is another location (which Chowhound automatically tagged) but I haven't been there, so I'm not sure if it's as good ;) Not QUITE as convenient to get to from McGill in the winter, but an easy pass through Jeanne Mance Park during the summer.

I used to like the burrito grande at Taqueria Mex on St. Laurent near Marie-Anne...not quite as good lately for some reason. But they use yummy grilled chicken instead of nasty bland ground or shredded boiled stuff. And I love their salsa bar.

Nope, sorry. With the exception of the Burrito Grande from La Chilenita and the veggie offerings from Burritoville, Montreal is a burrito wasteland.

I guess Burritoville fills in the cheap and student-friendly requirements.

Bleh 9 bucks for a vegetarian burrito is not exactly cheap. The staff are nice but I understand why the NDG location closed down.

I was gonna say. Like most vegetarian places, there seems to be a 'do-good/moral-superiority' (depending how you feel about eating animals) surcharge. Particularly funny since lettuce and tofu has about the cheapest food costs possible.
