I LOVE Din Tai Fung or DTF as most people refer to it.... but Arcadia isn't excatly my neck of the woods.

Any recommendations for juicy pork dumplings and sesame noodles somewhere in the OTHER valley??

Tampa Garden Chinese Delight in Reseda. Do a search for xlb in reseda and you will find a thread started by Chandavkl. This place is wonderful !! I enjoy it more than the "other valley" places. The Xaio Long Bao ( juicy pork dumplings) are among the best I've had. The owners ( Mama and daughter Michele) could not be more friendly. HIGHLY RECOMENDED

I third Tampa Garden Chinese Delight!
We were there this past weekend and loved the pan seared dill dumplings!

I don't think there's anything as good as DTF in the SFV but you can give the Mandarin Deli in Northridge a try. They have good noodle soups.
