MSP - Work Dinner Recommendation

I need some recommendations for private dining in downtown Minneapolis for approximately 15 people. I would like to try to find a place that does not charge room rental and would be upbeat and fun.

Off the top of my head and provided it is a weekday:

LaGrassa
Solera (though tapas seem an odd choice for a business dinner)
Back room at NE Bulldog perhaps?

The Local. We had a group dinner there a few years back and they gave us a room in the back to ourselves, without charge. Is better-than-average pub food and a pretty bar to be in. Reasonably priced.
