Just wanted to put in a good word for this wonderful catering company. Sylvan Mishima Brackett, formerly with Chez Panisse, but together a fabulous bento box luncheon for ten – deluxe crab rice with pickled ginger (and a ton of crab); katsu made with Marin Sun pork (easily the best ever); grilled stripe bass with watercress; rolled omelet with fresh dashi; and rapini with sesame. Everything was fresh, locally sourced and delicious.
