A Question for Home Bread Bakers in the Triangle

Hello board,

I've made my first loaf of Whole Wheat sandwich bread. I'm wondering the following:

1. Is there a place that will slice it into even slices for me? (I'm not the best at even slices)

2. What would be the best way to store the bread for optimal shelf life?
