can anyone reccomend a company they have used to do a sushi bar for them off premisis?
was it expensive?
did they do a good job?

these guys do kosher sushi far superior to anyone else.
they went into business precisely because
most kosher sushi is so abysmal.

you'll do well with their fresh platters made and delivered within the hour.
it may be a gimmicky waste to have a sushi chef on the premises,
since Jews don't know to ask for special rolls like at a real sushi bar.
