Manhattan Caterer (non-wedding)

Hello,
I am hosting a conference at the New York Public library in the spring. I need to provide two coffee breaks, lunch for 60 people (either boxed or simple buffet) and then a cocktail hour in the evening for around 200 people. What reasonable caterers would you suggest? For the lunches and coffee breaks it needn't be fancy. For the cocktail I just want a bar and then light snacks which will conclude the day. I can pretty much pick whomever I would like but the budget isn't unlimited. Tables, chair, etc aren't needed but linens and glassware would be.
Thanks,
Sasha

Try Village Crown (the restaurant has closed, but they still cater) and they do both dairy and meat and are under kosher supervision. Another idea is Josh's Place Catering, also under kosher supervision and they also do both dairy and meat.

    Or perhaps, Circa-NY.
