Looking for Good Source of Prime Beef in the Milwaukee Area

I've been looking for a good source of prime beef in the southeastern Wiscosnin / Milwaukee area. Specifically looking for some of the uncommon prime cuts like Tri-Tip and Short Ribs. Any suggestions?

Agreed, Grasch's on Lilly Road and North Ave (140th & North) in Brookfield. All prime beef, best butchers in town.

Grasch's. Not cheap, but all they carry is prime. Short ribs are always in stock, ask the butchers about the tri tip. You could also try Bunzels, they carry both prime and high end choice. I just saw short ribs for $4.99. Good luck.
