Where can I get kiln shelves?

I'm trying to find a local supplier of kiln shelves made of cordierite. I intend to use them in my oven/broiler for bread and pizza. ("Pizza stones" don't cut it when used at 1000 degrees). Are there any ceramics suppliers in the five boroughs or nearby burbs?

You might want to check out this article from the Los Angeles Times about converting your oven into a pizza oven. They suggest using something called firebricks...used to line fireplaces and chimneys.
