Finding Veal Shanks in Orange County for Osso Bucco

Where can I find veal shanks for Osso Bucco in Orange County or around Long Beach. Don't want to pay high price that Bristol Farms charges. Options please.

Go to Beef Palace in Huntington Beach, they are one of the last real Butcher Shops around. They have Great Beef and Veal. The Osso Bucco will probably be frozen, but it will depend on whether you want to order them or not.

Wholesome Choice. You should call ahead and make sure they've got some before schlepping out to Anaheim Hills or down to Irvine. You could also call Claro's in La Habra or Tustin, or Cortina's in Anaheim.

I live in NJ and found great veal shanks in COSTCO. If Costco is near you, check it out.
