Whoopie Pie Cake
I typically bake a giant whoopie pie cake for a family birthday celebration, and I have done it by baking the Martha Stewart one bowl (and 500 dirty utensils) recipe in two large bowls. I am thinking of baking like a regular whoopie pie this year, and just dumping the cake batter (I'll need to thicken it) onto some parchmented baking sheets. Has anyone ever tried this, and do you have any tips or recipes for making it come out looking like a giant whoopie pie? Thanks!
