Sea Garden for black bean sauce crab; Malay Satay Hut for dry curry crab. Both fresh out of the water and ridiculously good eating,

The Sea Garden crab is so ridiculous it took us awhile after we moved here to even bother exploring other Chinese restaurants around here (not very chowhoundy, I know). Do be prepared to have sauce from ear to ear though.

Don't know about your Szechuan crab, but just FYI it is Dungeness.
