Any good places for breakfast or Saturday brunch in or near Stinson Beach?

We're looking for a good Saturday breakfast or brunch in or near Stinson Beach. Is there anywhere at all that would fit the bill? I've only been able to find a few listings online and they have VERY mixed reviews. Thanks for any help you can provide. (Doesn't need to be upscale..................just good food.

vote #4 for Parkside. The food is fresh, often inventive and always at least good. My husband loves their pancakes. Pleasant room, plus the beach is only a couple of steps away (no view tho.)

Don't go too late, when the lunch menu turns into the afternoon menu, it seems to get weaker

The Parkside in Stinson is a local favorite.

I second Parkside. I've had several lunches there and always found the food to be creative and tasty. Once in a while I think their creation doesn't work well but most of the times it does.

Would third that. Again, sometimes inconsistent, but enough good experiences to recommend it. Would not recommend Coast Cafe.

Coast Cafe in Bolinas. (Though it has been a while since Iv'e been there, and never for breakfast.)

Dipsea Cafe is on the road to Stinson, if that works for you.

I wouldn't drive 20 minutes for the Coast Cafe over one of the joints in Stinson. 5 years ago it used to be pretty good, now it's pretty average and surprisingly expensive.

Thanks for the update. Like I said, it's been a while. And their menu gives me the impression they have been updated/renovated into something other than what I remember. Oh well.
