Bitters

I'm sorry if this has been posted before; the search produced no results.

I am visiting SF for the week and I'm hoping someone can tell me where I can buy some of the rarer brands of bitters?

Appreciated!

Thanks! I don't know why that hadn't come up...

The first post is over a year ago. The secret to searching chowhound is changing the search parameters to 5 years and relevance.

It also takes persistence. That thread came up about 35 pages into the search for "bitters." I knew I had read something and as my wife says I have copious free time.

That particular thread is #4 if you search with 5 years + relevance

What would I do with the saved time?

            Or use Google with:

            site:chow.com intitle:francisco.

      2. Also, check out Cask on 3rd and Market. They have many of the more exotic bitters, and even carry the rare celery bitters from time to time.

        1. I think Cask (same owners as Bourbon & Branch?) has the biggest selection of hard-to-find cocktail supplies.
