Locanda Verde Brunch Recs?

I'm having a private party for brunch at Locanda Verde and need suggestions on what to order for our guests. The party menu is more limited than the regular menu and I'm having a hard time with my 'secondi'. If you could only pick 2 of the following, what would you choose? I'm already leaning towards the modenese as one of my picks.

Zucchini Frittata
Soft Scrambled Farm Eggs
Crispy Polenta Waffle
Lemon Ricotta Pancakes
Toasted Hazelnut French Toast
Uova Modenese

The Uova Modenese is awesome. I'd do one egg dish and one sweet starchy dish. I've had the pancakes and french toast and they were both pretty good. I'd give the slight edge to the french toast since I'm thinking some people won't like the lemon curd on the pancakes.

The Modenesse and the Soft scrambled farm eggs are my fave! get a side of garlic potatoes while you are at it :)
