Help....glatt kosher caterer for NJ wedding

looking for a glatt kosher caterer in the northern NJ/ NY area for a wedding. we are looking for something other than the super expensive one's everyone uses....any ideas???

I've worked with them several times and their food is excellent, and not overpriced. They just catered Ivanka Trump's wedding.
