Dominican food in Farmingdale
I had a nice lunch today at "Dominican Restaurant 4" in Farmingdale (no word where numbers one through three are).
I went for the chicken stew, though I wish I could have made it tomorrow, for the goat stew (Sundays and Wednesdays only) and enjoyed it quite a bit.
Best part, though: the beans, filled with all sorts of flavorful bits.

that I thought I might address
1) I can see where the steam-table setup could be a problem. I've been there twice for lunch between 11:30 and noon, and at that time, the food was fresh and not dry
2) I was served quickly, less than five minutes from ordering to food being served.
