Italian Cheese Selection - Where to Go?
I've been tasked with bringing a selection of Italian cheeses for appetizers for a dinner party and must confess that my ignorance on the subject (aside from Parmesan, Mascarpone, and Mozzarella!) is woeful. Where should I go for a good selection and really knowledgeable people? I am willing to drive but would really like to find a source in the South Bay/Peninsula. Thanks!
