Tips for Dining, Eating, and Food Shopping in Manhattan

Birthday dinner. need help!!!

Hi everyone. I'm looking to take my fiance out for a low key-ish birthday dinner next Friday. Living near Smith St in Brooklyn, I've been a bit out of the loop in terms of new Manhattan restaurants, so I figured it'd be good to turn to y'all. Ideally I'd like to find a new-ish restaurant, somewhat trendy, somewhat vegetarian/pescatarian friendly in the range of $125-$175 total including a few drinks. Below 14th street is a big plus!
