Looking for Best Fried Frog Dish in Philly

I'm wondering if anyone has first-person experience on any of the local Chinatown restaurants that offer fried frog legs on their menu (Tai Lake, Jade Harbor, etc.), and if there's a certain place that'd you vouch for.

Dude, go to Monk's. Although its not Chinese, their frog legs kick butt. While your drink a couple of beers and grab an order of mussels.

I realize that this is not really what you are after, but I had amazing fried frog legs at Modo Mio. It was an appetizer plate. I don't know if it is still on the menu.
