My fiance and I are getting married in August and are looking for a restaurant for our rehearsal dinner. The specifics:

- Mid-Aug. timeframe
- Southern IL - St. Louis metro east area (prefer IL and not St. Louis)
- MINIMUM of 25 adults and 6 kids
- No steakhouses
- Indian restaurant would be ideal; if not, should at least have vegetarian options

Tough one there Boston. I only know of 1 Indian restaurant on the east side and it's in Swansea. It's pretty small to so let me do some thinking on this since we have time. Not an Indian restaurant but one that has a few vegan options is Fletchers Kitchen in Belleville. Here's a link to the menu: http://www.fletcherskitchen.com/pdf/F...

We might *possibly* consider St. Louis, particularly if there's phenomenal Indian to be had.

Throwing this one out there again... some of the requirements have changed:

      - Mid-Aug. timeframe
      - Southern IL - St. Louis metro east area (prefer IL and not St. Louis)
      - MINIMUM of 40 adults
      - No steakhouses

      Thanks in advance!

Here is a link to a local magazine's database (Indian Specific Search entered). I live in the Metro-STL area but I am not a fan of Indian cuisine as much as others, so I haven't tried any of them. India's Rasoi is good from what I hear. I think that Saffron is supposed to be good, too. Hope this helps!
