I've been reading a few food blogs lately ... what are some of your favorites?

I don't count it as an authentic "blog", but http://bitten.blogs.nytimes.com/ is great.

I am also partial to http://blog.fatfreevegan.com/ and http://www.thegluttonousvegan.com/ , although I am not a vegan. I just like the ideas they have for veggies!
