http://closetcooking.blogspot.com/ - love this one - seems every time I'm on tastespotting.com I clickthru on one of his recipes out of about three or four total I'll clickthru.

I don't count it as an authentic "blog", but http://bitten.blogs.nytimes.com/ is great.

I am also partial to http://blog.fatfreevegan.com/ and http://www.thegluttonousvegan.com/ , although I am not a vegan. I just like the ideas they have for veggies!
