NYC Chinatown dim sum - top inexpensive pick around $2.50 & under per dish?

I really enjoy Chatham Restaurant, but the variety is a little lacking...any other good dim dum places w/similar amazing prices?

We like Delight 28 at 28 Pell. It doesn't get a lot of play here on CH but we eat there whenever we're in NYC. Prices are great also.

Red Egg does a half-price dim sum happy hour, which is pretty good and (mostly) within your price range. You should also search this board - there are numerous threads devoted to dim sum.
