ISO "Red" Chicken Chili Recipe
Why not just substitute ground chicken for ground beef in a regular chili recipe?
By the way, for the Texas chili purist, the 'red' comes from the chile powder more so than the tomato. Tomato may even be optional.
Any chili recipe using chicken, shredded or ground, is adaptation. The starting point is either the 'red' chile using beef (ground, or small cubes), or 'green' chile using fresh chilies (or canned Anaheims if you can't get fresh) with pork.
